1. Agreement
These terms govern access to the VLONE Edge delivery platform and the cdnuk endpoint. By creating a zone or issuing an API request you accept them on behalf of the account holder.
2. Service description
The platform caches and delivers content supplied by an origin you control. We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery; targets for availability are described on the status page and in any separately agreed service level terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you publish through the platform, for the security of your API tokens, and for holding the rights necessary to distribute the material you cache.
4. Suspension
We may suspend a zone that threatens the stability of the network, that is the target of a sustained attack degrading other customers, or that breaches the acceptable use policy.
5. Fees
Metered charges are calculated monthly on bytes delivered from the edge. Published allowances reset each billing period and do not carry forward.
6. Data
Handling of request data is described in the privacy notice. We process traffic metadata to operate, secure and bill for the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
Material changes to these terms are announced at least thirty days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
